We were asked to assess and quote for work for our client Mrs Mullens in Stirling. The wooden Sash Window frames were rotten due to damp.
We investigated and identified extent of the rot and carefully cut away the damaged parts of the wooden window frame. The bottom rail was partially badly rotten which required partial removal and was then treated to kill the rot and stop the spread, we then replace with new wood. The windows were then primed, undercoated and painted with a water resistant paint to ensure a professional finish.
The client was delighted.
